By adopting the philosophy behind this oath of allegiance, our stakeholders are assured of consistently high standards. We will never allow the fear of consequences or the promise of favour to influence our professional judgement.

Moreover, we understand the importance of impartiality in carrying out our management system certification activities, managing conflict of interest and ensuring objectivity and have recourse to an Impartiality Committee to help guide us.
